At GSP Solutions Group, safety is our top priority. We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment for our drivers, employees, clients, and the public. We follow all applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations and continuously train our team to ensure safe driving practices, proper vehicle maintenance, and compliance with industry standards.
GSP Solutions Group is an equal opportunity employer. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or retaliation in any form. We ensure that employment decisions are based solely on merit and business needs, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
We maintain a drug-free and alcohol-free workplace in compliance with DOT and FMCSA standards. All drivers and employees are required to participate in pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing. We prioritize safety and accountability to ensure a reliable and healthy work environment.
Our drivers represent the company on the road and in every interaction. Drivers are expected to maintain a professional appearance, follow dispatch instructions, complete required documentation accurately, and treat all customers and colleagues with respect. Safety, communication, and integrity are the core of our driver standards.
All drivers are required to perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. These inspections cover key vehicle components and help identify issues before they become problems. Drivers must report any mechanical or safety issues to the Transportation Manager immediately and ensure vehicles are well-maintained and clean.
GSP Solutions Group has clear procedures in place for any accidents or incidents. Drivers must prioritize safety, secure the vehicle, and call 911 if needed. Accidents must be reported to the Transportation Manager immediately and to law enforcement as required. Drivers are expected to gather all necessary information—like names, insurance details, and photos—and complete an Accident Report Form within 24 hours. Our goal is to protect everyone on the road and ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA standards.
